Reiyn Media – Terms of Service

Welcome to Reiyn Media. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Reiyn Media provides digital and subscription-based solutions, which may include:
AI automation systems
CRM setup and configuration
Call tracking and messaging workflows
Voice AI agents and call handling systems
Paid advertising support
Consulting and strategic implementation services
Available features vary by package and may change over time.
2. Activation Period (Initial Setup & Testing)
Upon receipt of payment or enrollment in a trial (if applicable) and receipt of all required access credentials, an initial activation period of up to 2–3 business days applies after onboarding has been completed.
During this period, Reiyn Media may:
Configure systems and workflows
Provision phone numbers (if applicable)
Set up and test Voice AI call flows
Perform quality assurance prior to live deployment
You acknowledge and agree that:
The system does not activate or go live until onboarding has been completed and required information has been provided
Any trial access is for evaluation and setup purposes only
No production usage, lead handling, or live automation is guaranteed during onboarding or trial periods
This activation period:
Occurs once at the beginning of service
Is part of standard onboarding
Does not constitute service downtime
Does not pause or delay billing once billing has begun
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Supply required access credentials in a timely manner
Attend scheduled onboarding or review calls when applicable
Comply with onboarding and communication timelines
Delays caused by missing or incomplete access may extend setup timelines without liability.
4. Payments & Billing
Some services may require an upfront deposit, followed by the remaining balance within 7–14 days.
Subscription services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
All fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Billing dates are independent of onboarding completion, activation timelines, or trial participation unless otherwise stated in writing.
4A. Free Trials & Delayed Activation
Reiyn Media may, at its discretion, offer free or limited trials for certain services or subscription plans.
By enrolling in a trial, you acknowledge and agree that:
Trial access does not constitute full service activation
Systems, automations, or Voice AI services will not go live until onboarding is completed and approved
Trial periods are intended for evaluation, setup, and internal testing only
If a trial converts into a paid subscription:
Billing begins immediately upon trial expiration or conversion
Activation timelines begin after onboarding is completed, not from trial enrollment
Failure to complete onboarding or provide required access during a trial:
Does not extend the trial period
Does not delay billing once the subscription begins
Does not create any refund or credit entitlement
Reiyn Media reserves the right to modify, limit, or revoke trial access at any time.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services, automation systems, and software access:
All payments are final
No refunds or prorated credits are issued once onboarding has begun or access is granted
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
6. Voice AI & Automation Disclaimer
Voice AI and automation services rely on third-party platforms and telephony providers. You acknowledge that:
Voice AI interactions are automated and not human
Performance depends on call conditions, caller behavior, and data quality
No guarantee is made that calls will convert into leads, bookings, or revenue
You are responsible for reviewing and approving call behavior prior to live use
7. No Guarantees or Performance Claims
Reiyn Media does not guarantee:
Lead volume or call volume
Conversion rates or booked appointments
Advertising or revenue outcomes
We provide infrastructure, automation, and systems—not guaranteed business results.
8. Review Automation & Reputation Management Services
Reiyn Media may provide review automation and reputation management services (“Reputation Services”), which may include automated review requests, text and email follow-ups, review monitoring, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile.
By using Reputation Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. Authorization & Communication Consent
You authorize Reiyn Media to send automated SMS messages, emails, and related communications to your customers for the purpose of requesting feedback or reviews. You confirm that you have obtained any required customer consent and are responsible for compliance with all applicable texting, email, and consumer communication laws.
b. Third-Party Platforms
Reputation Services rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Business Profile). Reiyn Media does not control these platforms and is not responsible for review moderation decisions, review removals, delays, account suspensions, or policy changes imposed by third parties.
c. No Review Creation or Manipulation
Reiyn Media does not create, fabricate, incentivize, or post reviews on your behalf. All reviews are submitted solely by your customers at their discretion. Reiyn Media makes no guarantee regarding the number, timing, sentiment, or star rating of reviews received.
d. Dedicated Systems
Reputation Services may use Reiyn Media-provisioned phone numbers, email addresses, domains, or automation infrastructure. These systems remain the property of Reiyn Media and are provided solely for use during an active subscription or engagement.
e. No Guarantees
Reiyn Media does not guarantee:
Any increase in review count
Any improvement in star ratings
Review publication or retention on third-party platforms
Business growth, ranking improvements, or reputation outcomes
f. No Refunds
All fees related to Reputation Services are non-refundable once setup has begun or automation is active, including review request workflows, messaging sequences, or third-party integrations.
g. Client Responsibility & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reiyn Media harmless from any claims, penalties, or disputes arising from your review solicitation practices, customer communications, or violations of platform policies or applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, workflows, templates, automations, and processes developed by Reiyn Media remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted a limited license to use these systems during an active engagement or subscription.
10. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all non-public business information shared during our engagement confidential and secure, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
Services rendered up to the termination date remain billable
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reiyn Media is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
System interruptions or third-party outages
Issues caused by client misuse or platform policy changes
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
