2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled calls, and comply with communication or onboarding timelines to ensure successful service delivery.

3. Payments & Billing

- Some services may require an upfront deposit, followed by the remaining balance within 7–14 days.

- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital service delivery and software access, all payments are final. No refunds will be issued once onboarding has started or access has been granted.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, automations, templates, or systems provided by Reiyn Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all business information shared during our engagement confidential and secure.

7. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, services rendered up to that date are still billable.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, system interruptions, or damages resulting from client misuse, third-party software, or ad platform issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada (or your region if different).
