We created a no-touch, AI-driven pipeline that processes a client's energy bill and automatically generates a tailored switching proposal — delivered via WhatsApp and email — with clear next steps and digital signature integration.

1. Bill Submission
The client submits their utility bill through a
GHL form or via WhatsApp chat using webchat or keyword trigger.

2. Document Upload to Google Drive
The file is automatically stored in a dedicated folder, organized by client or submission timestamp.

3. OCR Trigger via Make.com
Using
Mindee or Nanonets, the automation extracts key values from the bill:

  • Provider name

  • Price per kWh

  • Energy usage data

4. Offer Comparison Logic
Make.com fetches the current partner provider offers from Google Sheets or Airtable, including:

  • Region

  • Current prices

  • Promotion timelines

5. Rate Comparison + Savings Calculation
The system compares the extracted bill data against available offers and calculates projected monthly and yearly savings.

6. GPT-Based Proposal Generation
A personalized message is generated by
GPT, using:

  • The client’s name

  • Their current energy usage and rate

  • The matched offer and estimated savings

  • A clear CTA (e.g., “Click to switch and save $312/year”)

7. Proposal Delivery
The proposal is sent via:

  • Email using GHL

  • WhatsApp using Twilio or 360dialog integration

8. Client Signs & Uploads ID
The message includes a link to
DocuSign, where the client can authorize the switch and upload a required ID document.

9. Internal Delivery
Once signed, the package is routed to the energy provider or internal ops team for processing.

10. Follow-Up, Upsells & Referral Automation
After the switch is confirmed, GHL automatically:

  • Sends confirmation

  • Offers green energy upgrades or additional services

  • Requests referrals or reviews
